MAKING A PURCHASE

We expect that your desire for local, fresh meat has drawn you to our website. You’ve made it to the right place! Our beef cattle are raised right here on the ranch from birth. Their lives consist of grazing green grass (and hay in the winter) their entire lives. Truly, Grass finished, Angus Beef! You can purchase beef by the package or in bulk. Your options are outlined in more detail below. If you purchase by the package, we can deliver within a 15 mile radius of the farm with $100+ purchase, or, you can come shop and select cuts at the farm. Bulk purchasing will require a deposit, scheduling your processing date, and completing a cut sheet. It really isn’t as complicated as it might seem. We are here to help!

We cannot promise that we’ll always have your desired meat cuts on hand, but we’ll do our best! Click below to find our pricing on standard cuts. You’ll then want to reach out to us to check availability and schedule pickup or delivery.

Order in Bulk:

When purchasing beef in bulk, you’ll want to contact us to set up a processing date, submit a deposit and complete a cut sheet. Pricing is based on the hanging weight of the beef which is expected to be around 600 lbs. for a whole, grass finished beef. Pricing for a whole beef is $4.50/lb half is $5.00/lb and a quarter is $5.50/lb. The deposit is $100 to secure your order. Once we have your processing date and deposit, you can work on selecting your desired cuts and complete a cut sheet. We pay the butcher fees, so, be careful when pricing around as this is not commonly paid for by the farmer or included in their pric.
